Once you have submitted your order, BBKB will send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail within 24 hours. That email confirms that there is a contract between us for the supply of the goods you have ordered. You undertake that all details you provide to BBKB for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

BBKB is entitled to take payment from you once it receives your order. If BBKB cannot supply the products, a full refund will of course be given if the products have already been paid for. BBKB will accept payment by credit and debit cards. The minimum order value is £5.00 sterling. You can purchase directly from our on-line catalogue at any time of day or night with secure encrypted payment by credit or debit card. You can also contact us on the phone Monday - Saturday between 8.30am-5.30pm.

There are two ways to make payments to BBKB:

1-If you have an account with us (Schools, organisations etc), goods are dispatched before payment is received. An invoice will then be mailed to you for settlement in the normal way.
2-Credit or Debit Card payment at the virtual checkout. You simply complete your details and the goods will be forwarded directly to your delivery address.

Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 days. With larger orders for schools and other organisations, delivery may take up to ten days, you will however be advised of the estimated delivery date on receipt of your order.

**Presently, we cannot guarantee the 3-5 day delivery time with the volume and estimated arrival times given to us by the Post Office over the Christmas period. We will keep you up to date when we know things have reverted back to normal.

£11-£20 = £3.00
£21-£30 = £3.50
£31-£40 = £3.95
Over £40 = Post is free.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery services (weekdays only) are available.
Next day Delivery will be charged at £4.30 per order for items weighing approx 100g, £4.75 for 500g, £6.00 for 1kg and up to £7.75 for items weighing 2kg.

For delivery outside of the UK, shipping is chargeable at cost of Air Mail for the parcel weight. We will advise you by email of the cost of shipping at the time of despatch of your purchases.
